LVMH
Atêlier Moët & Chandon
A long-standing partnership with LVMH, reinventing luxury e-commerce for Moët & Chandon and Belvedere. I contributed to the development of a high-performance personalization engine that combines artisanal precision with digital scalability, allowing customers to create, preview, and purchase their own custom bottles featuring hand-applied Swarovski crystals.
Brief
The goal was to create a digital experience that faithfully represented artisanal craftsmanship while maintaining LVMH's brand standards. The solution needed to integrate seamlessly with partner e-commerce platforms and allow autonomous content management without technical dependency. Key challenge: translating the physical constraints of manual crystal application into a digital interface that felt both luxurious and intuitive.

Craft
I developed Moët Crystal Font, a custom typeface family in Normal and Bold weights that visually simulates Swarovski crystal application. Each glyph was designed around the physical spacing limitations of manual application, with extensive kerning and legibility studies determining optimal spacing for 7 to 12 characters. Usability testing validated the journey across multiple personalization categories, always in strict alignment with LVMH guidelines. The system offers real-time preview as customers type, automatically validating 8 personalization types including couple initials, dates, names, and free messages. A proprietary CMS lets the marketing team update content autonomously.

Moët Crystal Font
Proof
In the first year of launch, behavioral insights revealed strong demand for individual expression: 47% of customers chose fully personalized messages (455 units), 27% chose date personalizations (259 units), and 16% chose couple initials (159 units). The estimated conversion rate of 42% reflects a well-calibrated journey balancing visual sophistication with ease of use.
